I am a lover of life, proud solo mother of three and passionate healer and holistic wellness coach. I am a qualified NLP coach, Reiki Practitioner, Emotional Clearing Practitioner and Spiral Practitioner.

I've dedicated my life to understanding the most empowering ways to navigate life's challenges: motherhood, divorce, single parenting and building successful businesses.

My journey has been guided by compassion, love, and a commitment to growth. Raising my sons to be resilient and kind individuals has instilled in me the importance of creating a safe and trusting space for others on their healing journey.

I'm dedicated to supporting you in achieving your desired transformation through my expertise in energy healing, NLP, reiki, emotional clearing, and the Bloom coaching process.

I have been independent Mum for the past fourteen year and along the way I have also written a blog (back when blogs were a thing) you can find some of my journal musings here at Single Mum Kindness.

 

Here I am with my three legends. The love is unconditional. It really is such a gift to know and feel unconditional love just like this. As a family, we make a whole. We all bring all of ourselves ~ our whole and perfectly imperfect selves to the table and our world is better for it. For us all showing up as who we are. By loving like this, loving all the parts of who we are, knowing who we are at a soul level allows us to become better, kinder, more honest and wonderful people and we are able to spread this love out into the world and share it with others.
