The Spiral is a transformational healing modality that will help you step into your true authentic self by cleaning and clearing old beliefs and conditioning. By clearing the liberation channel it allows for the creation of the life you want to live, a life that is wonderful, abundant and meaningful, magical life. There are many ways to describe the Spiral and what I love most is that we make room for the MAGIC of life to enter.

Over the course of nine weeks together, we start with setting a beautiful, strong intention ~ what is your most burning hearts desire for the change you want to call into your life. For the next seven weeks we work with the seven Chakras and root clear 22 emotions by finding the age, and priority emotions that have made the emotional pattern lodged in the subconscious. I like to think of this patterning as the way we have always done things, the way we have always reacted. After we have cleared up the root emotions and Chakras, we finish the Spiral with a beautiful Conscious Creation session where you call in all the magic, all the dreams, all the creations, all the growth ~ the liberation journey is now complete!

As the Spiral digs deeps into our belief systems it allows our emotions to be clean and clear. It allows us to see things through a neutral, peaceful lens. It allows us to choose our responses rather than react on our old subconscious patterning. It is a powerful healing journey that combines frameworks from the Chakra system, David Hawkins ‘Scale of Conciousness” and Spiral Dynamics with some really incredible results.
