The Bloom ~ week four
Welcome to The Bloom, Week Four! Time sure flies when you are on this journey.
This week I worked with the theme of POWER ~ Personal Power, Inner Sunshine and the Solar Plexus Chakra. Root clearing the emotions of Pride, Anger and Desire. BOOM! What a week it has been. I am more and more moved by the journey as I take myself on this incredible transformational adventure, deeply embodying my love and trust, knowing and joy that this work I am so lucky to share with you all. I thought I knew and loved this Bloom journey before this week, and somehow, I love it even more after this session. The session was unlike any other. New ways for clearing came through, the messages and guidance from spirit was next level amazing and it has me literally dancing around my office space, palo santo and sound in hand. By the time I got to clearing desire, joy was so present and really led the session.
Can you imagine that? Feeling complete trust and joy that this journey is making so much room in my life so all my hearts desires, for me to feel complete pride in who I am and for anger to be something that is really helpful, letting me know when boundaries are being crossed and to lean in and look a little deeper? This is absolutely how I will move forward with my upgraded and realigned belief systems, so incredibly grateful for the peace I feel, for the possibilties that I sense surrounding me and for having space and room in my life for all these opportunities to land.
There is a deep sense of receiving all that I desire. All the Abundance. Atrracting like a rose.
Desire has been the strongest theme for me this week and I didnt realise until I went to root clear the emotion. It has showed up each and every day, in conversations with my beautiful friends, with things I have said YES to, with conversations I have had, with podcasts I have listened to (and shared with my favourite friends and other Bloom participants because they resontated so deeply with me. Desire has been at the forefront and I invite you to see if this is also true for you.
Leaning into what our hearts desire I have realised that is the greatest clue and sign posts to what it is that we are here to share, achieve, become and attract in this lifetime. Once we can fully connect with our hearts desires and make some room in our lives, I really believe and am embodying trust that this unravels and unfolds in the most wonderful of ways, allowing all the places, people, experiences and so much love and joy that it becomes our life. The way we live. The way we show up. The way we share with those we meet, those we love and those we inspire in ways we cannot know or see.
The beautiful movement I have done so much of this week is power walks, I have walked at sunrise and sunset which allows our hearts to open and our minds to see so much beauty and light surrounding us always. Its in these moments that I think our hearts, cups, hope and trust in life are filled up and replenished. And on a week where it was incredibly challenging, I am so grateful for this journey, for these walks and for all the support and resources inner and outer I have experienced this week.
